Then again, also depends on the rust underneath and region of the country as far as the price goes. I did notice the wet paint. That's usually, but not always, done on purpose as deceptive tactic cuz it looks alot better wet than it does dry. Though I've seen more improvement on Red squares than any other color by a good clay bar detailing, polishing then a coat of wax can actually make them look damn near showroom new again.In Minnesota that would be a deal. $3500 for a rust free truck, I'd buy it today. I see them sell for upwards of $5K up here cause the rarity. They also will never probably be used as a truck again. There are only two types of squares here, rusty beaters and show trucks. That is why I love going to my parents place in San Antonio. You can still find a rust free square that is still a DD or even a work truck.

^ This is what 2K gets you here (I wouldn't pay that but some kid will I guarantee it) That's why I jumped at my suburban for $1800. I know I could sell it here for 4K without breaking a sweat, but I am stupid and instead am going to invest 6K in body work and paint cause I am picky.
