Hey guys, I've installed new window regulators, motors and the relay kit for my doors but my passenger side door goes up about half way and then I need to grab the top of the glass and pull it back (towards tailgate). As soon as I hit the button to lift the window it tilts forward and binds again. I've tried to attached a short video so you can see what I'm looking at but I have no idea how to zip the file.
I've also noticed that the wheels on the new regulator don't turn, they just slide. I can't put more wd40 on them so not sure if it's typical or if like the felts (new as well) they'll just wear in.

I think I'm going to try putting the old regulator back in and see if it changes things. The new regulator seems tight. I didn't have any issues with the old ones, just thought it best to install new gear while it was in project mode, maybe the 40 year old stuff is still better than the new? Any bettrs out there? I know things 50 years old have more wisdom....

I installed AC Delco regulators in both sides they work better than the old slow ones. However they were made in China.

It sounds more like the window tracks are out of alignment.

Sounds like the rear track might be bolted though the wrong hole

Looks like I got it beat, I lubed the crap out of the felts. They were getting sucked in and pinching the window. I tried putting a filler in behind (between the vent window frame and window felt to stop it but that's what made it worse - made the windowbind). I still have to believe that somethings amiss as it now works well but still sucks in the felt along the wing window. If anyone has any other ideas, I'm all ears but for now I'm putting the door panels on.

Just went through a similar issue after installing new manual regulators. There are two holes the rear channel can align with…need to bolt it to the one that’s more towards the front.

Also, make sure the single wheel, on the regulator that attaches to the door channel, is in place. Mine came out a couple of times while wrestling the window up before I realized I bolted the reach channel in the wrong hole.
