Oh wow....You know that none of the staff is paid, right? The only one who gets paid is @Shaggy unless he's agreed to pay @Griffin or @MADDAZ for their efforts. Everyone else is volunteer and I'm not sure what problem could ever come up that would require a zoom meeting to discuss the problem :happy175:
I think @Sad Sack may’ve been referring to two members having a video chat to discuss a truck related problem.

I'd guess you are correct.

However, I personally feel that if you are comfortable enough with someone and trust them with advice on how to fix your truck, there's no harm in sharing phone numbers. A video call is pretty easy.

Was my thought, too. Just share numbers and do a facetime, if needed

Agreed. I haven’t had an Android OS phone in eons, but I imagine there’s something similar to FaceTime.

I use MS Teams on a fairly regular basis and zoom occasionally. All good options.

Gotta have a strict no politics/social issues policy. Its always an arguement goes no where. See the rant thread for all the proof you need.

This is a fairly active forum and there is supposed to be a strict politics policy, but due to how active the forum is at times, it may go unnoticed by the mods. We just ask that members report the offending posts.

Politics used to be allowed in a specific thread, but it still caused too many issues, so it went away.

Beat me to it. We do have rules against it but we can’t catch everything so we do ask members to report posts that talk about politics or religion

It was a discussion of current events and it wasn't heated. Really it was mild. Was surprised it didn't get the ban hammer warning. It was actually very informative. That said, smash down the ban hammer! Those involved need to go and enjoy their "vacation"

Just use the search and search by member. Or simply click on "your threads". No new function needs to be added, it already exists

Where is this link "Your Threads"? I have not been able to locate the hiding spot. If you click the "Your Content" link it brings up 15 pages of threads I posted on.
