Now wait !!! In another thread you said you were a DIE HARD FORD fan. So why the hell even get a Square??? Stick to what works for you and get you a Ford or finish the 67 that you have. All the **** your teacher told you about rebuilding that 390, Rering, vs Reman, boring, using moly rings etc, and his measuring and not knowing it was .030 over. You wouldn't have known until I told you to clean the piston tops and said it says 030 on them. Nonetheless, not worth arguing about. Just do some homework, and find you a good Ford forum where you can get the best help and advice. :grd:

I'm still gonna get a squarebody.

damn dave really dude you are trully a catch 22 type person,

You can NOT come on to a GM forum and talk **** about ls motors, vortecs, 4L60E's, 4L80E's, and say your a DIE HARD FORD guy. Then turn right back around and say you will still get a ******* FORD. ******* THINK ABOUT WHAT YOUR SAYING you can NOT be that damn Dense.

As HR suggested go find a FORD forum, buy a FORD truck, and go pester them with your useless bla bla bla ****.

Yeah really. Just WOW. Had another staff member been here earlier, I'd have pulled the plug much earlier. Seeing MBP's response, it was time. Now I wonder, should I clean this thread up, or just leave it for our entertainment???

Trust me, I know the answer to that. I'm not leaving this here for guests that are potential members to see. This is quite ridiculous to say the least. :shitsweak:

He is going to. I talked to him tonight. He loaded up that Th350 and NP203 hisself. He was telling me how fuggin heavy it was. Not sure if he was leaving to go meet the guy, or if he's doing it in the morning. I say he's getting a good deal since noone really wants NP203's these days other than wheelers wanting to make a doubler, but that's even getting to be older technology. I'm just wondering if is still interested in trading me his SM465 and NP205 set up for my 4L80-E. We talked about it, at one time. I think the distance is the issue right now. Sounds like he has the better mpg vehicle, so rather than us meet half way, I think he'll come all the way, and I"ll pay for one way of his fuel to make the trade. I also have some other stuff he wants like air boxes for heat and AC on his K30.

Wow that 203 weighs about 200 pounds by itself but still 50 pounds lighter than a 205.

And it was still attached to the Th350. He used some kind of bar and chain with leverage, but he loaded it himself without a hoist as a unit.

Really? I thought the 203 is heavier. I've carried my 205 around a few times, I thought it was lighter than that.

If it wasn't for the potential newbies i would agree to leave the thread intact, but with that insight of things Ide say yes clean it up.

Yes I did pull the trigger on the deal, The amp seems to work fine and the sub hits frickin hard as hell, Honestly its way more of a sub then I really need.

Oh and Hotrod yes I still plan on making the trade with you, I just have to wait till we both have the money for the gas. I am in hopes of getting it done by the time spring begins so i can get the Air going in the truck for summer.

EDIT: oh and yea that 350 turbo with the 203 atached to it was a frickin BEAST to load. I almost had to chuckle when the redneck kids came to pick it up. The dudes buddy jumped in the back of my truck with his **** kickers on and his pant legs tucked half in and out of the boots. he grabbed 1 end and I grabbed the other end, we picked it up and he tripped over my tool box and dropped the frickin thing and just about totally fell out of the bed of my truck. LMAO damn it was so hard not to laugh.
