The vacuum port off the back of the carb/throttle body is for the Vacuum Booster for the brakes.

What is this?

Hard to see what your pointing to, but if it's a thingamagig coming off the intake manifold behind the carb/throttle body, then it's a vacuum manifold for various things that need a manifold vacuum reference. One thing typically plugged into it is a modulator on the transmission.

Hard to tell what the other unidentified items are without being able to see what's around them.

TCC lockup switch. Route the hose to manifold vacuum. It tells the torque converter when to lock up or disengage. Its basically a manifold vacuum operated switch
