I just can't seem to figure this out, wipers won't delay or park. Already replaced motor, wiper pulse module, and wiper switch. Anyone have any ideas, i am open to any and all suggestions. This is a 1987 v2500. Thanks for your time

thanks for the info. Okay did the test wiper motor doesn't run. Now that wire goes into the backside of the fusebox where does it go from there. what does wire terminal open mean
