So ok is there a straight answer out there on doing windshield?? 73-87 uses the seal you put on truck first then put glass into it and then lock ring to secure correct? I've seen people posting the other way which is how the old style ones were 68-72.. kinda like the back windows on the 73-87.

My problem is I've never actually done one of these although I've had a few square bodys .. and I got mine as a project with windshield out of it.. putting new seal on and I'm not really sure which way it goes onto the channel nothing looks right..
