I have a 1977 K-5 Blazer that's pretty much stock and when I push the windshield wiper washer button in it makes a sound like the washer motor is activated, but no fluid comes out onto the windshield (or anywhere else).
The washer fluid tank is near full and like I said the washer motor cycles on.
Any help/direction would be appreciated.
Thanks (mp1977K-5 = "money pit 77 Blazer"):whymewhyme:

Its a good time to upgrade to the newer style found in late Burbs and Crew Cabs where the pump is in the washer reservoir. I did to mine and love it cause the reservoir is like 4 times bigger.

Just grab one from the wreckers and snip the wires going to the firewall, then splice into the red/white wires that mount to the very top of your wiper motor by the washer pump.

I completely removed the red/white wires from my wiper motor and have them run directly to the reservoir

1975 wiper washer switch problem

Hi Ogre; I replaced my wiper washer switch on my 1975 chevy C-20, from the salvage yard. The original disassembled itself. This switch is the one with the two centered up mounting holes, top and bottom. now the washer doesn't work. No motor noise, no nuthin! I have been all over the "net" looking for NOS. Can you make a suggestion of what to do? WWOD....
(what would ogre do)
Regards!
