Although only 230 hp, consider the Torque spec. Also keep in mind, this was Pre OBD ll and Multi Port Injection in a truck, so for the time, it was somewhat impressive, especially in a truck.
I'll add, pre MFI in a GM truck. Furd did beat GM to the MFI in trucks. Beat GM bad as far as time. Furd was MFI in 87, where it took GM til 96, but GM was also much more reliable at the time too.

So 1 was mint, 1 had a little bobble head dog on the dash, dice hanging from the mirror, velour diamond tuck upholstery with little balls trimming the headliner.
