What makes a front end and chassis "HD?"

I have RPO F60 and C6P, front SP(presumably spring?)/chassis respectively. Compared to a non HD.

For K truck - F60 takes the front leaf springs from 2 leaf to 3 leaf.

C6P takes the rear spring from base (it varies) to 8600 lb GVW capability.
