You'll need to count the splines and probably have to buy a set of lugs with that spline count to get the special socket. Maybe you can find the socket seperate probably ebay or Amazon. But you'll need the spline count. Those are aftermarket lugs.

I'm not a huge Amazon guy, but they have spline lug nut socket sets on there for about 30 bucks. They even show measurements so you can make sure you're getting one that works.

I have some thing similar when I get home I'll look I think I still have the socket and if so you can have it as I don't use that type anymore.

This is the one I have its 6 evenly spaced ribs and about 5/8 inner diameter. Thin wall and about 3.5" long with 2 different size hexes on the end for a socket appears to be 3/4 and 7/8. If you think it'll work shoot me a message with your addy and I'll mail it off.
