As the title says, what is this connector on top of the fuse box? It has a plastic cap covering it, and I don’t recall seeing it on any of the other trucks I have owned or worked with. Thanks!

Yep, "seat belt warning buzzer and timer". Should be connected to a BLK/WHT (seat belt retractor switch), a YEL (dash warning light), a PNK/BLK (power in) and a BLK (ground).
