I've got those same factory mirrors on my dually, they don't help out much on that because of the rear fenders. Rear visibility kinda sucks. The larger version would work well, but that would mean drilling more holes in the door.

Local yard gets them in every so often. This SWB has them but not sure what shape they are in.

Are you looking for new mirror heads? GM may still have them. GM offered these on "G" vans up until 2003. Be aware the photo you have with the blue truck, someone has placed the mirror head with a 4 bar style camper special mirror head. The 90 degree bar that goes into the mirror is taller than the original 3 bar style. The correct one was on my '79. My '87 crew cab also had this same short mirror head as GM went to a 3 bar set up for camper specials. The 2003 van below has the taller 90 degree bar.

You may be able to go to GM and get the head and swap out the arm. If just the glass is broken, maybe a glass shop could do that if the rubber is still good. Sorry I don't have a part number for you. The RPO code for stainless camper mirrors is DF2. Yours may be called Extended Below eyeline Mirrors, Code DG4. I know the sway away mirrors on my '85 is a D45. This link may be the right mirror glass based on the fitament guide.

I had mine replaced at a glass shop. They already had a template, and did it in 20 minutes. Was $15+tax.
