My 2002 Tahoe is my daily and pulls my food trailer. I nursed a drivers door window regulator for a week and finally changed it. It was actually easy. Now I hear a rear brake sensor squealing and noticed my power steering cooler is leaking. Hopefully get to those things on Sunday. Gotta keep these things going!

The cooler is done. What a pain. My arms are all chewed up. I’m not positive one of the hose clamps aren’t leaking. The undercarriage is going to drip for a while. Lots of rain prevented me from getting to the rear brakes. Also, put a new battery in my sons Chevy Trax.

Did a trans service on the wife’s Armada. I bought the pump for filling it up through the pan. What a stupid design.

Had to warranty a brake caliper through Rock Auto on the caravan. Not too bad a process so far, just have to eat some shipping. A year to the day the piston to housing packing decided to check out, which I thought was weird. But it was no problem swapping out assemblies and Mrs Radiohead has her wheels again.

Changed a sway bar link on a 2023 Altima 35k miles. Still under warranty they replaced the strut for a loose link. Not playing the make appointment and leave it for a day again.

Wow reminds me of the old days…. Except you’re doing a way nicer job. Dad Usta have to patch rockers and floors to pass state inspection. It was more old license plates and Sloppy bondo work though….

Thanks. Yes, it's still that way here for annual inspection. That driver's side rocker was really bad so I figured it was best to do everything that it needed at the same time.

That's how you pass the magnet test with these bastards here.

What kind of magnets do they use? I know a typical speaker magnet will still stick if there's a 3/8" thick layer of mud.

Meanwhile, in Maryland, everyone registers their cars as historic and requires no inspection.
