Vintage air hard line flares

Is there any other place to get custom hard lines flared like the vintage air or other ideas?
I used there custom lines that come flared on each end and I bent them to what I needed then cut the to fit, now I need the end flared.
Vintage air customer service told me just to send in when I got them bent. So, I called to get it set up to send end and the person I spoke with this time said they need it to have atleast 8” of straight for them to flare. They said send in my lines and they will remake them all, of course for $35 set up fee for each and $$ for each bend and each flare.
Any ideas how I can get it flared to fit my bulkhead?

How far are you from the end of the tube to the closest bend? Pic of what you are dealing with.

The line that is closest to a bend is 2.5”from where the bend starts. The rest are around 3-3.5”

How's the flare on vintage air different than any old standard flare, double or otherwise? Just get the dealie and make your own.
