truck wont stay on

so i recently changed my valve cover gaskets and new sparks plugs but the thing is when i bought the truck there were a bunch of random hoses every where so in my quest to find out which ones work and which ones dont i pulled a few but now my truck will crank but it wont stay running there is one hose loose that is running from some where on the truck i dont remember if it was hooked up or not i have pics of it though

I see a lot of stuff that's not hooked up. Do you still have the vacuum diagram on the radiator support?

that round ball with the vac. line is for ac/ without it hooked up the vents won't switch and not being plugged at the carb causes a big leak, and could cause the truck to not run.

your dist. vac. advance is unhooked that NEEDS to be hooked up, again can cause it to not run for sure.
