I could be wrong but I would assume it's a carb issue, may need cleaned or replaced.

Try getting a buddy to spray some starting fluid in the carb while you start it, and if it runs for a few seconds, the carb is likely the issue. You could also disconnect the steel or rubber fuel line and put it in a bottle and turn the key. If you're getting fuel in the bottle, the carburetor is the likely culprit.

Can my choke be stuck? Because my carb has worked just fine just until now .

No, I'm talking about the line that goes into the bowl of the carburetor.

Okay, great. Then just disconnect it and see if it's pumping fuel. You can, like George said, see if fuel squirts out when the accelerator is pumped before you disconnect stuff.

So you said it was running before the fuel pump swap and all you did was swap the pump. Did you change anything else? Have you verified you are getting spark? Are you getting fuel? Is fuel in the tank? Are the fuel lines on the correct ports on the pump?
