76 K20 WITH A 94 TBI SMALL BLOCK . JUST SWAPPED THE FUEL TANK FROM THE VAN THAT THE 94 ENGINE TO A PROPER TANK FOR THE TRUCK . OLD TANK HAD PUMP IN THE TANK , FOR THE NEW TANK IM RUNNING AN INLINE ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP . ANYBODY KNOW WHAT I SHOULD CHECK ? THANK YOU

Why would you go from the in-tank to an in-line? You need to make sure you have hardline from the sending unit to the inlet of the pump or it could be collapsing the feed hose. You also need to make sure you have a non-fuel injected sending unit and that it is being properly powered. I’m assuming you don’t have a tank switching valve?

thats exactly what i was gonna to check if you had two 3/8" ports or lines to make sure its not on return. im kinda surprised your 76 has a return line my 75 pickup doesnt have return lines just the 3/8" ain fuel line and the small little vapor line. both saddle tanks this way.. didnt think there was 3/8" return lines on senders until at least 1980... hmm.,.
