Ok i have a 1985 K10 Scottsdale on 40" boggers. I have put nearly 16" of lift give or take on the suspension alone. When I lock the hubs in, the truck is binding on something. It can be powered through but thats no good if something is at too much angle. I have also removed the inspection plate and carrier and pulled the pinion out and the pinion bearings both look good. I have jacked it up on stands and spun both wheel with the driveshaft out and it does not do it. but i put the front drivesahft back on and it goes around almost one full revolution and binds one way or the other. since I have ruled out the issue coming from a hub or inside the rear or one of the bearings, I guess that only leaves the shaft being at too much angle or the transfer case being messed up.
Any thoughts???? This is killing me here.

What do you have for a front shaft? That's a lot of lift.

Pics of the driveline angles would help. 12" lift should have been plenty to clear those tires. You may have to go with a F*rd high-pinion Dana 60 front and F*rd NP205 driver drop t-case.
