Timing chain question

The engine in my truck appears to be original.How many miles ??? Question is did GM use a Nylon cam gear in 85.This is an 85 K PU with a 350 4V and 700.

You can buy nylon timing sets but I don't believe that they ever came that way from the factory.

I don't think that gm ever use nylon on the 350s. My 87 came with a steel one.
