It's sad to think that you could buy 2 or 3 brand new 70's or early 80's Chevy trucks for the same price as one new truck costs today.

And its nice to think that you can still buy two or three salvageable "squarebodies" for the price of a new 2011 Silverado. And for my money have more fun in the process!

I had a 07 Sierra and hated it, im having more fun with my 85! you can pick up a truck just like mine for an average of 1000 bucks, a new half ton chevy from the dealer is about 20k im sure. In theory you could start your own square body parts yard for the price of one of those new trucks.
