So I figured out the issue, even tho I did flush the tank the tank was too rusty inside and is flaking so I am replacing the tank and the lines I just replaced so after this there should be no more problems

Still looking for a stock replacement fuel selector valve if possible mine is bad as it lets gas into and from both tanks.
