78 c20 scottsdale, I bought the truck about a year ago and I have no idea if this is stock or not. It looks old enough but not sure. It doesn't even work, can anyone tell me anything about it and how to get it working?

Definitely not factory. My '70 C10 had something similar when I got it from a family member. It was used to run power tools on a jobsite, the guy was an iron worker making hand rails and stuff like that. Had a switch that would run the power either to the tools or to the truck
