So I have an 85 k10 with a six inch all spring lift and factory dual shocks all the way around. The problem is the ride is incredibly rough. Any suggestions on how I might be able to remedy this?

Lose the 6 in lift springs. It is what it is. Rough front and rear? Big Toys are Rough. What brand kit do you have? Some brands are stiffer than others.

Look at the front leaf spring shackles at the rear of the front springs. If the eye of the spring is close to contacting the frame that is why it rides rough. When that eye contacts the frame, essentially your spring travel halts. Install longer shackles and rock it! Got mine at Offroad Design.
