Starter fusibles

Anyone run these wires differently like to the fender in a nice box with breakers or fusibles

I keep having a wire go bad and shut off ignition power so i thought i could make a box for my engine bay wiring since i have dual electric fans, a fuel pump, a fuel solenoid, grid heater relays, fuel solenoid "pull" function breaker, and gauges.
