Sourcing K30 rear axle front spring hangers

See if you guys have had any luck in the past on here. Replacing spring hangers on a 1986 k30 cab/chassic truck and having a difficult time sourcing the rear front spring hangers. These are “longer” we will say then the traditional k30 hangers with overall length being 11.5”. As well as the extra set of holes on the underside for the support bracket that mounts to the underside of the frame rail. Any assistance would be helpful.
