Sound Deadening yes or no??

Check out http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/ they are real pros on sound deadening and the way to do it OEM. I like the way they recommend that you NOT use peel-n-stick in case you ever need to do body/paint work.

I did some fatmat on my 87'. So far I have just done the ceiling and pillars. Next will be the doors and eventually the back wall and floor. I could tell a difference right away on just the celing/pillars. I expect the back wall and doors to help a lot. Floor has carpet already, so probably not much different after that.

I recommend it, cuts down on road noise if nothing else. I have a Silverado with headliner and all the trim, so I can hide it behind that stuff.
