Hello gentleman, new to these forums . Recently bought 1974 Cheyenne 10 with only 32,000 miles from original whom had let the truck sit for 8 years. Trying to keep it all original, still has stock Breather which I want to keep but the little small Emissions Filter Inside the Breather that comes out a hole in it and connects to a hose that runs into valve cover was missing and I bought another but I cannot figure out does the clip that holds it on go on the outside or inside. If anyone is running this stock setup I would really appreciate some pics on how this goes in.

Thanks

The filter goes on from the inside and the clip holds the protruding part that plugs into the tube going to the valve cover on the outside of the air cleaner assembly.

No photo, sorry. It's still too early to get out there for this old phart. Hope this helps.
