Hey everyone, I'm looking for swap info on 2wd sm465 to a 2wd nv3500. Can the stock trans crossmember work? Moved back? new mounts? or should I just bite the bullet and buy a tejas crossmember? Also, looking for info on converting to a 1 peice driveshaft. The nv3500 I have has a slip yoke and a some cut off drive shaft.

You can use the stock crossmember and the mount should work too. I don't know the lengths off hand, but I'll bet you will need to relocate the crossmember.

You can have a driveline shop make a 1-piece shaft, as long as it's not too long. They will probably want the measurement from the tip of the output shaft to the centerline of the rear u-joint, at ride height.
