I purchased a set of drop shackles from AutoZone. Well I am trying to install them but there is just not enough room between the spring an hanger to fit. Do I have to cut the bed support to install it. Any help would be great.

Yes, with 52in leaf springs you have to notch the bed brace above the shackle for a 2in drop shackle to fit.

I removed a leaf and switched the overload to the top of the pack. Is that part of the problem. It looks like even with the support notched I will be short on room.

I bought the ones from advance. They just do fit if you cut the support box out.

I don't . it was only like that for a month. Then I did a flip kit on the rear. I can tell you though it sat almost level before I cut the front coils.

Finally finished. Had to cut the bed supports and remove the rear bump stops. I am super happy with how it came out. Thanks for the help.
