Hey guys, I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a complete front seatbelt kit for an 86 GMC suburban?

I am finishing up my interior and have the color changed done and was looking for black or dark brown complete with the plastics and I’m not really finding anything that doesn’t look like an aftermarket retrofit. Does anyone have a suggestion on a kit that is reasonably priced that would include, the plastics and GM branded seatbelt buckle?

To my knowledge, nobody is repopping original looking seatbelts. They all look like the aftermarket retrofit kinda thing. There are a couple places that can restore original belts, you could probably contact them and they could repair/redye them all to fit your needs. Can't recall the company's name right now, maybe someone in here can chime in. I think there's a lady named Tina that does it but don't remember if she does it herself or for a company. She's on some of the squarebody truck Facebook pages

Bought a universal replacement set. Color was decent but mounting bracket didn't fit and would require modification, single retractor. Sent them back.

Talked to seat belt planet. They gave me a price of $641 for re-webbing all 3 belts on a dual retractor pickup with new buckles, covers and brackets for the upper mount. Buckles provided will be the earlier style, not plastic. Otherwise, they said it will appear and mount as original. Haven't got them back yet. 5 day turn around.

I got mine from the local So Cal shop here in phx, AZ
I believe they were $300 with a shoulder strap included although they are not retractable.
