I'll be removing the 283 from the 73 C10 for the LS swap here shortly. Here are some specs on it:
1964 Chevrolet 283 bored 30 over, Speed Pro flat top pistons, Summit 1100, 252/262, Lift .368/.398 cam and lifters, 80-86 model 305HO 416 casting heads with the 1.84/1.50 valves and 58cc combustion chambers, Summit 600cfm 4010 carb, double roller timing gear and chain, crank turned 10/10, new harmonic balancer, new oil pump, spin on filter conversion, new water pump, new HEI distributor, new oil pan, new valve covers, Edelbrock aluminum intake, Motor now has around 5k miles since rebuilt. CAN HERE RUN BEFORE I REMOVE IT or I'll take a video of it running.
