I never shop on RockAuto. Archaic website, overpriced parts, and they charge for shipping. Amazon is cheaper, faster, and easier to navigate. You can get pretty much anything on Amazon at the best price, and the free overnight shipping is awesome. Plus, many times when you do an Amazon return, they will often just refund your money and tell you to keep the product.

Amazon is junk and a lot of knockoffs. Some people are just so tight, all they consider is saving a buck. I'll stop here so I don't make this political.

I use three or four different sites to see what is best. I start with Amazon, then check the local NAPA and O'Reilly's, then eBay and then Rock Auto. Depends on if I need it fast or it's big ticket.

Descriptions on Amazon are poor. For instance look up a self adjuster kit. May or may not say what side it is for. Yes I can tell from the picture but should be in the description.

Have bought parts at both places but prefer Rock auto. They have a larger selection of brands not available elsewhere. Only issue is returns, Amazon much easier. Just need to be absolutely sure when ordering from Rock auto. When I am not either get the part locally or Amazon.

Does seem on a couple recent orders RA reduced the shipping cost. Just ordered an evaporator, $11 shipping.

Amazon does have official AC Delco distributors so warranty for components purchased from the official AC Delco sites is without a question.
