removing smog equipment

i have a 78 chevy stepside with a 350 and 350 tubo trans. i have a genera idea of what to do with removing the smog equipment , but im not sure what i need to get to cap off lines or what lines to cap off. any information or even pictures would help a lot

Just remove/cap/plug everything, then uncap/unplug for only 3 things: power brake booster, PCV valve and distributor advance.

Depends on what emissions crap you have on it. If you just have a smog pump and injection tubes, all you have to do is remove the belt to disable it. If you want it gone, just remove it all and put pipe plugs in the ports of the manifolds.
