I replaced my rear window sweeps on the inside and outside, but I still have major leaking when it rains. Any suggestions on fixing this?
I believe I purchased these as a kit through 1A Auto. I can’t say whether they are cheap quality, but I did break off one or two clips and maybe that’s why there is a gap in a few places as you can see in the pictures.
Are the broken clips, causing the issue or do they all leak and just drain down through the holes in the bottom of the tailgate?
Wondering if I should just clean out the drain holes and leave it, or if buying better quality sweeps is the way to go. If anyone has suggestions on a better quality set to go with please let me know.
