Rear Disc Brake Conversion Recommendations

First, let me start by saying that I am not looking to upgrade to rear disc brakes to increase performance. I know I won't see any performance increase by swapping drums for discs in the rear. I'm looking to convert to rear discs for ease of maintenance and for looks.

That being said, can anyone recommend a good rear disc brake conversion for a 1973 Chevy K10 with 6-lugs?

I'd like someone that allows me to continue to use the factory emergency brakes.

Never messed with the 6 lug axles but just a quick summit search, one of the cheaper ones to pop up.

I have used parts from that brand and haven't had any issues but that's just my limited experience with them.
