It's a press in barb into the axle, 3/8 hose a band style clamp to hold the hose in place on the body directly above rear axle and then the little plastic vent valve.
My barb is broken off. Drilled it out to tap in for a 1/8” NPT brass nipple but the press in barb came out. Anyone know where these can be found?

Just tap the hole and put in a regular barb fitting and run a hose. That's what I did. Have to be careful about filings if the axle isn't disassembled.
