So, my 85 K20 Suburban called for Delco R44T plugs since it had what GM called Heavy Duty emissions stuff. Leaded gas too.

My 100,000 miles ago Goodwrench crate engine calls for R45TS Delcos.

I know the R45TS is a little hotter plug, but the R44T's ran just fine.

Which should I use? And why was the OEM plug colder?

Asking since next month is plug change time.
