Rally Style Wheels?

I'm looking for some like these. Any idea where I might find some? Only ones I can normally find are the ones with lots of slots in them. But these only have 5 slots with the classic muscle car looking center hub. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be grateful.

Summit has them from Wheels Vintage. Now I need to find the trim/accessories, including the open front hub center one.

@JRandle: Summit has an 8 lug as well.

I have a set and I they came them from Summit if I remember correctly. The previous owner had them on it. That don't make them in 8-lug unfortunately. I have the three inch beauty rings for it but because I have bfgoodrich all terrains they pop them rings off. You can't run tires with rim protecters and beauty rings. I learned the hard way
