I noticed the battery hot runs between the motor mount crossmember and the manifold on my 78 k10 and it's pretty tight and I need to change it. What's the proper way to run it? go along the frame and down or down and under the crossmember?

Mine all go down to the fuel pump area, and then run along the engine block to the starter.
