I know it's an older thread, but I just encountered the same issue with my recently purchased '88 Burb. It only has 44k on it, sat for about 20 years. Lots of corrosion issues, but great base to restore after driving it a while.
Wondering if anyone knows where I might find new pigtails for the ground connections at the ground bus? All I've been able to find is using the same female spades in the pics, but all the ones I find are extremely hard to get on the bus. The old connectors are badly rusted and I'm concerned simply cleaning them won't leave enough material for a good ground.
