Paint RPO help

Hello, new member here from Canada. I'm getting a project together on my Dad's 1974 truck he's had pretty much since new. I've been learning about the RPO codes but I can not find any info on the paint code. Hoping someone knew what the RPO 8099 Special paint is. The trucks been parked a long time and paint is faded. I'm guessing its yellow gold/orange two tone, hoping RPO would confirm.

I looked through every paint code reference I have, and nothing even close to 8099. I'm guessing it's a code used in Canadian-built trucks. That said, you should be able to visually match the 2 colors to existing samples on different sites. My go-to is usually this one:

That is an RPO code, not a paint code. It's interesting that the wheels were ordered in a special color too.
