Yup, I can't find any place that will replace Craftsman now that Sears is gone. They just tell you to file a claim and mail it to them. But nice job on that vice
Lowe's told me they would only honor the small hand tools, also told me I'd had to take it to a "Retailer", which I told her that's what Lowe's was, then she handed me the phone number to call.
