That truck is BEAUTIFUL! I would not touch a thing on it, I really dig the stance wheel/tire combo. If I owned it I would just do little things here and there in the engine compartment.

I want to put a lowering kit on my truck, is it something I can do myself or do I hav to pay for it to be done, a 3/4 drop is what I'm getting.

You should have no problems doing it yourself. Are you planning on a rear flip kit or what?

No rear flip kit cause I don't it's gonna be necessary , just rear drop shocks with shackles and hangers, and 3 inch drop spindles up front
