New member & need help

Hi - I'm a new member and I purchased a 1974 Suburban C1500 last month. I've been able to track down most of the exterior rubber seals except for the side windows and tailgate (the top seal around the rear glass) for the 1973-74 models. I'd appreciate any suggestions, advice or leads.

After some calling around this morning I found reproduction rear quarter windows seals at the Truck Stop, Inc. that fit 73-81 Suburbans. Now I'm looking for tail gate seals that fit 73-74 Suburbans as the seals from LMC & Steele only go back to 1975.

Are the 75s different than the 73/74? The reason I ask is the date ranges in their catalog are often not 100% accurate. So it’s possible that it might work unless you can confirm that they are indeed different

It might even be that Tailgate wasn't an option in 73 and 74 and first year was first year for tailgate but you got a late enough model 74 it ended with a tailgate. I doubt that the case though since Blazers were tailgates too. For whatever reason, many times as said, LMC dates are wrong. Their catalogs are full of mistakes.
