Hey Y'all. I own a 1988 K5 Blazer Silverado. The truck is currently in Newport, NC because at the time that I moved she was not road ready and I couldn't get a trailer to haul her up to Winston with me :( Married to a Former Marine and we have an adorable son, along with a Pit Bull/ Lab. Pics below.

Any way, about the truck! She's got a brand new 358 in her, never been run. Broke the starter trying to start it for the first time. 3.73 rear gears, 3.42 front, long story on those. Lets just say I broke a couple, it started out with 2.73s all around. 33 Tempra A/Ts. 3 inch BL. Been sitting for about a year and a half. Custom Paint everywhere. All the work has been done in my driveway by me, including the painting! Can't wait to paint another vehicle! Her name is Dirty Girl... uh... I'll let the pictures explain the rest.

I'm going to attempt to decipher that... I think you want pics of my truck in the woods lol. I don't have any action shots because I was always alone when I went on trails. But I've got some "glamor" shots. And she hasn't done anything since she's been painted, she hasn't run in about a 1 1/2.
Oh wait I get it now! Your 21 Year Old's name is Kayla too... Sweet lol.

Hi Kayla !!! I remember Dirty Girl from that other forum !!! I remember you having some, NO PUN INTENDED, Rear end problems when you were there. Did you post up the pink brake drums over here too??? Glad you made it over here. Feel free to make this your home forum now, especially since its specific for your trucks.
Just a warning though, we are NOT stuck up arrogant uptight ******** over here, so you might see an occasional wirty dord or conversaton a bit over the edge, but its all in fun. With that said, Welcome to GMSB !!! :waytogo:

Yeah, thanks. Those the ones I was talking about. Now I know you are officially here. :waytogo:

BTW, if you get rid of those Gov-Lock axles, you might quit breaking those carriers. J U N K. I am sure you know that by now.

Yeah, I just took whatever I could get ASAP. I had to get her back on the road so I could get back and forth to work and school. As soon as I can I'll be upgrading my Axles big time.
