Hey guys here is my gauge cluster project I am doing. I am installing sunpro gauges into my gauge cover. Made the holes just a hair bigger. Looks great

I gotta be that guy and ask, why? Why not stick with the factory gauges? Just curious is all.

Sunpro gauges are on sale at Advance Auto Parts, and they look like they'd fit perfectly in the dash. I was about to try it, and it looks like it works. Nice job.

On my '81 the speedo and gas gauge are set back in a tunnel, the lights don't work and in bright sunlight(yeah, that happens here) they are almost impossible to see, that's why I looking to changing out the whole dash. I'll have to have a look at an '86, those look a lot better than what I have.

Nice job dude....

When I did the conversion from dummy lights to gauges, that spare hole at the bottom would be nice for a transmission temp gauge. Can't remember if one would fit or not..
