Future plans are some better tires, headers and exhaust so I can put the front driveshaft back in. Replace the drivers front fender, repair the rust on the passenger side bed and a new hood.

Howdy!

Holy crap!!!

Yeah the guy I bought it from said I was his neighbors kids truck.
He was going down the freeway when the motor let go.
It broke a rod which broke the camshaft and a piece of the cam was lodge in between the crank and the block. It also broke the flywheel when the motor stopped turning.
When I put the new motor in the vacuum modulator on the trans was bad (it wouldn't come out of first) I have a feeling the kid tried driving down the freeway in first gear.

Pullin a stump

OK Austin.. Muhh Man, We've got to talk buddy. Not a thing wrong with this photo, EXCEPT that the truck in this pic should be a Ferd or a Dogde.

When you're pulling a stump with a piece of twine, it's a bit obvious that's exactly what you're doing, is "Pullin a Stump" That's kinda embarrassing to the Chevy/GMC breed. Do ya think maybe you can Photoshop a chain in there and at least make it look like the truck PULLED the Stump??? :happy175:

Sorry that was the only pic I have before I took it to the scrap yard. It was definitely running when it let go.

Here is a couple pics of my other truck I know it's not a square but it is on a 78 2wd frame

That's badass. We do have a section for our "other vehicles" You got any more build or under construction photos for that one, we'd be happy to have that one on here too. We are a little prejudice when it comes to Squares, but anything cool is welcomed here and we do have guys that know many things about other breeds and brands.
