As far as wiper motor, I'd just buy a new one. Common that these get aged and don't work well. Sometimes you can lube them a little and they work better, but if you get a used working one, chances are it won't work for long.

I have never seen a cross member under the front of the box. There is one that the rear of the cab mounts to and the next rearward one is the one that the front rear spring hanger attaches to

???

Which one?
The one at the front perches for the rear springs. My crossmember is good but the two braces rotted out so I need them, don't really wanna dick around making them

Oh the ones that catch the bottom of the frame and the back side of the spring hanger?

Yup that's the ones. The bolt to the cross member then go down to the frame/spring hanger

If you have access to a wrecker down there all you need is a one hand sledge and a Good sized cold chisel. Just pop the rivets. They are only grade 5 and usually takes only a couple really good wacks to pop them off.

Oh and a punch to punch the rivet out after you wack the head off.
