Hey guys I'm new to this forum. I just purchased a 83 k5 blazer with a 6.2l diesel with 91000 original miles but it has eletrical issues with the headlights and taillights and I need to get them running asap. I will be using it to get back and forth to work right now. I traced the wires and i'm not getting any power through the wires from the headlights or taillights. the brake lights and reverse lights also dont work. Any Ideas or does anyone have a wiring diagram of this type of truck so I can try to track it down. I would really hate to rewire the whole thing if I don't have to. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Check the fusible links between the starter, junction, and firewall. That's a beautiful K5, welcome to the forum!!

Sounds like you have a blown fuse.
